I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my stay. Graham and Anne are simply wonderful hosts; their meticulous attention to detail truly made a difference in making me feel exceptionally welcome. They consistently went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I was working nights, and although the check-in time was set for 3 in the afternoon, Graham kindly arranged for me to check in early. This flexibility was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the cooked breakfast was absolutely fantastic and offered tremendous value for money. The location is also superb, adding to the overall great experience. Thank you once again for the warm hospitality.

Breakfast was really good and had cooked breakfast both days of my stay. Really lovely couple and couldn’t do enough to make my stay perfect. Garden was outstanding

Everything was perfectly fine.

Breakfast was good but could only select 1 thing ie cereal or cooked breakfast Location was ok as bus stop just outside but lots of rubbish around & very busy road traffic wise...from the B&B advertisement thought Dartford town center a lot closer...a few local shops 10mins walk away Room/facilities were clean & hosts very pleasant

Found the B&B add very deceptive....had to share a bathroom with 1 other occupant & family members...the room did have a sink in it thank goodness. The add didn't have any inside photos & could see why Door on the very small room could be locked from the inside "only" so had to take any valuables with me on a daily basis Was aware that there were stairs but they were very narrow so had to be careful manuveuring up/down...carpet on stairs worn & dirty The only "free" parking was on the street that is if you are lucky enough to find a spot! Consider this property would not be suitable for an elderly person & very much below the "Fabulous" label as presented in the Booking.com advert
