The property was sold as Swedish farm house B&B but in reality it was B&B bungalow with no connection to the estate. The property was clean and tidy but the window faced into the parking area with no netting, thus no privacy available except when the curtains were pulled. I was woken up just after six o’clock with children running around upstairs. The breakfast was very disappointing, none of the food was dressed up to make it feel like you were on holiday. The budget sliced bread was still in the wrapping it came from the supermarket, the marmalade in manufacturer small containers like the 90s. The fruit was in the fruit bowl,not prepared or presented, the bananas still green. The orange juice was served in the carton and not decanted in to a glass jug. You may be served budget food but at least dress it up and the croissants served were still frozen inside. Sam was very pleasant but although I booked and paid for two nights I didn’t stay the second.

The property, with on site parking, is conveniently located to Aberystwyth. Sam was friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and very clean. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, with my choice being freshly cooked to order.
