Alba dei Trulli

La posizione: a due passi dalla zona pedonale per visitare il centro storico e i trulli. Spazio per l'auto fuori casa, considerando che avevamo la macchina carica è stata una comodità unica. Stanza molto spaziosa e ben arredata, davvero molto carina e accogliente, finalmente un materasso comodo! E il piccolo giardinetto su cui affacciava davvero carino. Cucina attrezzata di tutto per la colazione : microonde, bollitore, macchina caffè, tostapane...

Piccole cose andrebbero riviste : il termosifone in bagno era tutto arrugginito, impossibile appoggiarci sopra qualcosa, idem per una cassetta di pronto soccorso. La camera era abbastanza pulita, ma c'era comunque un po' di muffa sulle piastrelle doccia, polvere sulla macchinetta del caffè, sul tostapane... E da risolvere assolutamente le formiche sulla zona cucinino accanto al lavello, ne erano davvero moltissime. Certo per una notte, va bene però avremmo voluto cucinare qualcosa al piccolo di 3 anni e abbiamo lasciato perdere. Asciugamani super sottili e durissimi, inoltre eravamo in 3 e abbiamo avuto solo due coppie (un tris sarebbe stato più opportuno) Per la colazione, tutti prodotti imbustati, sarebbe stato carino avere almeno un'opzione fresca.

So cozy, clean and comfortable

I really liked the value for money, aesthetic of the room and the bathroom. It was a cosy stay with a cute garden upfront.

I believe the communcation lady was not quite understanding. Generally on bnb's people are quite flexible with 1-2 hours of early check-in or a bit late checkout. The lady concerned repeatedly mentioned to us that if we exceed 10:30 am for checkout it would cost us 20 euros. And repeatedly tried to sway us in that direction.

Since we arrived, the host just sent us messages regarding the fact that we will need to pay 2 euro per night per person as a local tax because the rest we paid via booking. When we arrived we discovered that it was not so cleaned as it was expected, the breakfast it was a joke as long as they let us in the fridge only a cheese opened some butter and milk and an opened bread ; so we decided to go at the supermarket and to buy eggs and different staffs to prepare from ourself the breakfast, On the toilet there was a lot of dust and dirt and on the WC a lot of water fell down on the floor and no heating system. Stained underwear and smelling not ok on the bed and on the toilet towels. Since we arrived and until we left the room a lot of messages from the host to pay the local tax without asking us how it was our stayment😞 at the end I would recommend but not, because for sure there are many places on which one the price is higher but the host and the services are much much better

The room was fairly spacious with a basic kitchen and table for breakfast (basic with marmalade, cereal, milk, small croissant). Parking outside was very convenient when traveling with car. The bathroom was nicely decorated with painted tiles as in the picture.

The host was rather unwelcoming and didn't even greet us despite living next door. They asked the passports to be sent via email and only came when I said I wasn't feeling comfortable sharing them that way. Cleanliness could also be improved (e.g., toothpaste in the sink, mildew in the shower). Despite the good value for money (considering it was off season), I don't feel we had a pleasant stay.
