"Great pool but rushed meal"

Was nice and quiet, swimming pool was lovely and relaxing, rooms were very nicely decorated.

Food was good but felt our meal was a bit rushed. Only option was to get a 4 course meal which we didn't mind but the course we're so close together there was no time to digest each course. We asked that desert could be delayed but they said it could not. Choose to get the wine pairing but was not able to drink the wine fast enough to keep up with the pace of the meal. Had 2 glasses of wine left at the end. Would expect when paying 75 euro a person for meal and wine that we would not be rushed in 1hr 20min. 2hrs would be the minimum time I would have expected to be properly able to enjoy the meal.
