the room was clean and modern, flexibility of staff for late check in, at least there was a hot water in the sink

very strong fragrance of air refresher highly likely covering i.e. smoking smell, LACK OF ANY WATER UNDER SHOWER - shower cabin is like unused/for show only

Very clean, staff were very friendly and quick to answer requests. The location is very good, away from very busy areas, but close enough to get quickly to main points of interest. They have their own parking lot across the street, for the guests and the employees of the architecture firm. They have CCTV cameras inside the corridors so the security is very good.

The floors were quite squeaky, but does not affect the confort. You could tell that the owners had put in alot of effort when they first built the place. It needs however a few small maintenance jobs done to keep it in good condition: bathroom and balcony doors do not stay closed when you are inside, the main door to enter the room is off and you need to force it to close properly, add more than 3-4 clothes hangers.
