Exceptional breakfast, very helpful Stefano, the room was very clean.

Was very nice place. has free netflix. The guy at the reception was very helpful. gave some good travel tips foe italy and for dinner options in town. Had a blast

Rizza was very kind, she prepare us good breakfast. Room was very big with separated bathroom. The whole appartment was extremely clean, i was never seen more cleaner room and bathroom on my trip.

By far the best family accommodation we had during holidays. We booked the apartment (quadruple room) on the attic for seven nights and Stefano and his wife Rizza made us feel like king and queen. It exceeded our expectations because everything was spotless, each room has air conditioning, plenty of space and everything was in functioning state and we were happy with the quality of the furniture, appliances and installations. We even had a Netflix guest account available provided by the host directly on the TVs! Rooms were cleaned and resupplied daily with all the necessary toiletries and we couldn't have asked for more. We had access to the shared refrigerator (for guests) and it was perfect because we could also use the freezer to store ice to cool our water for the very hot days. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient and delivered always promptly. There is a convenient parking aside from the building and the neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. We also appreciated the advises from Stefano on various local and regional attractions/parkings. When we will return to Tuscany, we will definitely choose again for Visaya B&B.
