ZAPatrick was most exceptional in his welcome, and overall demeanour. He was extremely helpful and was waiting to assist us at the drop of a hat. The rooms were beautiful and clean.
The plugs for the kettle and lights were not plugged in, so we had to figure out why things were not working. Not the end of the world, but for my parents, it was a bit of a hassle.
