Very friendly staff. Great venue with astonishing city views 👌. Couldn't get into the pool because of the weather. Very central location.

The hill stip toward the venue, nearly embarrassed me 😂😂

The water was warm. The place is beautiful.

The wifi was horrible, couldnt even watch TV without it buffering every 2 seconds. They didnt wash the bedding, it smelled bad

Stayed here expecting basic amenities to be included, especially since air conditioning was advertised. Only after arrival did it become clear (buried in the fine print) that using the aircon costs an extra R50. That’s not transparent and feels misleading. If something is advertised as available, the cost should be upfront — not hidden. Overall experience was disappointing because of this. Would suggest they clearly state all extra charges to avoid frustrating guests.
