"Totally disappointed 😞"

Nothing as it is false advertising. The rooms that I booked had towls, kettle, contentment. Clean and tidy. This had nothing. Bed were not made by the time we arrived. We booked a 3 bed room. We got 1 x double and 1 x single. Curtains , if you can call it a curtain, was dirty, dusty. Didn't even covered the whole window. It showed a 3 star, on the advert, I won't even keep them on your list of bookings. It was a disaster 😪

The fact that it was false advertising. Definitely not what I saw when I booekedtotaly

Firstly the staff is not well trained. When I got to the property, they just handed me with the keys and told me to find my room. I got lost searching for the room a couple of times until I found the room. When I opened the room, the room was not the room I had booked for or as advertised. There is definitely false advertisement. I asked the manager about it but my issue was not resolved, I was forced to move to a more expensive room, as the one they gave me was inhabitable, the bed was next to the door, the toilet and shower were right next to the bed, everything was just cramped up and congested, it looked more like a prison cell than anything and it was below my expectations and did not meet my requirements. Do not be tricked by pictures and their low prices it is not a true reflection. The place was not good at all. It is not well maintained, the toilet and showers, my God you wouldn't bath in there, the facilities are bad. there were bugs as well. I do not recommend the place.

"You guys can do better"

Can they please have their rooms ready. I walk into a room. Without towels and toilet paper. You guys can get better. Do not confirm things on booking app and when we get to your establishment we are told stories.

Disorganized and broken bed that feels like it's about to break when your about to turn in your sleep
