The room was cozy and the kids loved the swimming pool

Only thing that we didn't like was the beds. When you lay down every one rolls to the middle.

Location, spacious room, nice pool view

Shower head is skewed so water ends up being released on the floor since it's just a curtain, utensils only available upon request and nothing appealing PLUS plastic spoons, no basic things such coffee, tea, sugar. You don't have your own gate key so always have to ask the receptionist, makes it inconvenient at night when you have to be out, especially seeing that you have to call at times. Oh, I also saw a cockroach on the bed in the morning
