I have been a regular visitor to the guest house, but my recent stay was disappointing. The room was not cleaned, the bed and sliding door were broken, and there was no TV or WiFi. Check-in was scheduled for 15:00, but the room was still undergoing maintenance when I arrived. On Friday afternoon, we had to stand at the gate in the dark, and the staff's explanation of a non-functional camera and that was unacceptable. As this was my fourth visit, I had grown accustomed to a welcoming staff and high standards of service, particularly with regards to housekeeping and amenities. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of expectations, and I will not be returning to the guest house.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist and make us feel welcomed. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. With a more comfortable mattress, the experience would be much better.

Overall clean and tidy and safe.

Beds are poor, mattresses need replacement. No kettle, no tea, coffee and milk in units.
