Hosts are amazing. Lovely clean B&B. The breakfasts are absolutely outstanding.

Very clean and comfortable double room with en suite. Food was fantastic. Plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk.

Everything! Stayed in many B&Bs all over the country, and this was the best one we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, fantastic shower and great size room. Immaculately clean. Lovely setting.

Leaving

The property was in a great location, just under 10 minutes to walk into Richmond. It was very clean, and very comfortable, and had everything you need. There were also nice little extra touches in the room.

Very welcoming hosts, Richard and Sue both spent time with us over breakfast. A good value for money B&B convenient for the town centre. Keys included a front door key to allow us to come and go as we pleased.

There is no mention on the website that parking is on the main road. I doubt whether it would always be adequate. Don’t really like pets in a B&B, especially in food areas and bedrooms, and whilst efforts were made to keep them away, they weren’t always successful.

Very good breakfast, nice fresh fruit salad, delicious sausages. Very helpful, friendly hosts. Well appointed bathroom, comfortable bed.

Sue and Richard were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was of a good size and so was the en-suite. Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was provided daily. Fridge was located on the large landing for guests use. Had fresh milk provided for tea/coffee. Ironing facilities on the landing. Hairdryer in rooms. Breakfast was at a time to suit, and you were given a form to complete each evening identifying what your preference was, and how you wanted it cooking if you you chose to have a cooked breakfast. Other options available.
