PHIBHA VILLA

The room was sparkling clean and comfy, Staffs were extremely helpful, the location of the property is very nice and quite, food served was very tasty, breakfast was sumptous. Overall my experience has been very nice.

None that came to my notice

The place was at a Posh Residential Area. The bathroom was clean , and the staff was courteous.

The room has no window and half their rooms are in the basement, if you are even tiny winy but claustrophobic or don't like not having a window to open or see outside, you won't be able to live in rooms. We had room 101, nearest to the exit, still the room felt suffocating. The bed mattress is gone and the pillows are gone too. The bed looks good in photos and rooms too. But nonetheless once you sleep in , you will realise the mattress is gone totally. It sinks in , in a not good manner. Even the sofa seats in room, are dirty and you can feel the spring inside. The owner needs to take this seriously. The breakfast was served hot. But you will get only 1 egg in omelette as per the hotel management policy!!! Strange right!! The staff was sweet and kind. The owner/ management needs to understand this and look at these issues.
