Very friendly host, very nice accommodating and a perfect place in the center of Ortigia. We will definitely come back

All was good

Very well placed in the middle of Ortigia but not noisy . Accommodation had everything you would need packed in very efficiently. Even a small outside courtyard area . The owner was really helpful and communicated very well . We had a lovely stay. Breakfast in cafe literally next door.

Location was great

Noise in the early morning with trucks collecting the rubbish and especially the glass - so noisy! Free parking is a good walking distance from the hotel.

Location was excellent, breakfast was provided by a voucher at a nearby restaurant; the pastry, fruit juice, and coffee were excellent, but the voucher only provided those items...nothing else.

The key lockbox was difficult to operate, as well as the electric front door. It is very frustrating to be at a lodging and unable to get in. I was able to call the owner who arrived promptly, but this happens too often at many lodgings. In fact, I try to select lodgings with on-site staffing.
