loved absolutely everything, from the pre-check-in assistance to the warm welcome at the property. The staff was the friendliest I have ever met in my life, and I have travelled all over the world. Without Dario, I honestly wouldn’t have experienced even half of what I did in Taormina. He was incredibly kind from the very first moment: helping me with my luggage, explaining all the hidden gems of the village, recommending the best dinner spots, and even arranging a boat day for us, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. As a luxury wedding planner, I pay a lot of attention to hospitality and guest experience, and this did not feel like a simple apartment stay — it felt like true 5-star princess treatment. What made it even more special was seeing that they treat every single guest with the same level of care and kindness. Dario, Alessio & Simone, thank you for making this stay so unforgettable and special. I honestly cannot wait to come back. I love you guys!!! Supermooi uitzicht en dichtbij Castelmola. Ook trappen naar beneden richting Taormina prima te doen. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het lag echt ver hoog op de berg, waardoor het terug omhooglopen niet te doen was. Op foto’s werd geadverteerd met een mooi terras om te liggen maar dat viel ook een beetje tegen. Uitchecken verliep ook rommelig en daarna niks meer van ze gehoord.

在山顶上，景色很不错，房东阿列克夏非常热情，到达后亲自带我们去几分钟路程的地方停车是免费的，还帮我把大箱子扛到房间门口。早餐很丰富美味，厨房有自助咖啡机，水果等食品，酒店直接有捷径走到镇中心只需要十分钟，回来爬楼梯累一点大概十五分钟也还行，酒店对面就可以看见海景和埃特纳火山，很美很美。

sehr schöne Lage mit wunderschönem Panorama. Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage. Wir hatten sogar eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Toll, dass frische Getränke, Tee usw. bereit standen. Alessio ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Leider hellhörig, so dass wir nicht ausschlafen konnten, denn sobald die Mitarbeiter anfingen das Frühstück zuzubereiten, war es vorbei mit der Ruhe. Wir hatten auch Pech, dass wir keine Mittagspause machen konnten, weil andere Gäste just dann ankamen und durchs Haus geführt bzw. eingewiesen wurden.
