We were warmly welcomed by Elisa and Luigi, the owner. With everything, they were very helpful...be it explaining where to park, where to eat, or which locations are the nicest. The Akropolis is in the center of Taormina but totally silent as most tourists stay on the main road. There is a lovely garden opposite and from the balcony we could see the ocean. As the Akropolis only has two rooms, it is all very familiar. The breakfast was within the B&B and prepared with love by Elisa. She even took care of extra wishes. Thank you for a lovely stay

I had a wonderful stay. My hosts were very warm and charming. The locale is on a quiet side street but just a very short walk from great restaurants and the center of town. I'll gladly recommend this B&B to friends.

If you're flying overnight and arriving early you won't be able to check in until 3PM.

Staying at B&B Acropolis was one of the best experiences I had in Sicily and whole Italy. Elisa and Luigi were very friendly and provided a lot of tips of what to see in Taormina and surroundings. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious and the place is very conveniently located in the center of the town. I recommend the stay at B&B Acropolis and will book again when I am back to Taormina some day.

It was centrally located to the main tourist destinations , but you did not get the noise , it was surrounded by beautful gardens and we had a clear view of my Edna

Thank you Luigi & Elisa for being the sweetest hosts imaginable. You really could not have done more for us to make us feel more welcome and comfortable, from waking up very early to make our breakfast on our last day before the airport, to ironing our clothes and giving us amazing recommendations on what to see and what food to try and where. The room was perfect with the comfiest bed, the room had everything we needed and was spotless each day. We learnt a lot during our stay about the history of Sicily and when we return, we would not want to stay in any other accommodation, the location could not have been better too, right in the centre but also very quiet. Thank you for welcoming us into your home, we will never forget our first time in Sicily thanks to you both. We will miss you lots! Bethany and Hamza x

Really convenient for the town, path to Isola Bella and Teatro Greco. Despite being in the centre of Taormina, it was actually reasonably quiet. We could see Etna clearly from our bedroom window on the second floor. Luigi and his wife are very eager to help you with local knowledge. There is a selection of cheeses, meats, fruit, bread and drinks for breakfast. Storage options are very good.

The municipal car park for bringing luggage from and to. The bathroom is a very practical use of space but I'm not sure about the combined toilet and bidet. It's the second time we've had one, it's a sensible use of space.... but? I often used our (separate) one at home for bathing my feet; I don't feel like swishing them in the loo. Carrying a suitcase up two flights of a circular staircase. Having said that, the B&B is a clever use of space.

Location was amazing at the Catania Gate in Taormina. Luigi and Elisa were wonderful hosts sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for their beautifFul town. A gorgeous breakfast daily prepared by Elisa. 👌 view from our balcony. Such good value for money in this excellent location❤️
