Fabulous location. Friendly family atmosphere. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely room and facilities. Easy to find on Google maps. Only a few minutes from Tiverton and the M5.

"Great breakfast but property not ideal if you have special needs"

Great full English breakfast

I specifically booked an en-suite room as husband is partially sighted but due to last minute issue with broken key at property we were given non en-suite room. Also, staircase very narrow with low headroom and despite signs he banged his head

A thoroughly enjoyable short stay at Deepaller Farm, situated in beautiful rural Devon. Sheila looked after us exceptionally well, and took the time to point us in the direction of local attractions. Highly recommended!

"Beautiful B&B with wonderful host"

Beautiful farm with excellent facilities. I made the most of the fridge and microwave to make packed lunches for my walks. Sheila was a wonderful host; she could not have been more helpful, warm and welcoming during my stay ….. and she cooks the most delicious breakfasts!
