The breakfast would have been nice to have a hot option. The owners seem too busy with the other rentals to be attentive to the B&B

"Excellent place"

Everything: the rooms, the grounds, the food. Even the weather was on our side 😊 Really stunning location and we even got to see a huge herd of deer a couple of times too.

"Lovely place at an excellent price but bring your car!"

Breakfast was very good (though Continental) and family that ran the place helpful and pleasant. Tiverton was an ideal base to explore Devon. We slept well in comfy beds.

Be aware that the house is indeed a farmhouse, being at the end of a long narrow bumpy road. I wouldn't come here without a car.
