Welcoming host, nice comfy, warm room with good facilities including tv and coffee/tea making items. Was good to be able to have a relaxing bath in spacious bathroom just opposite my room. Breakfast was hot and tasty and the shops and the beach were very close by.

It would have been nice to have fruit juice and/or yogurt with breakfast and a bigger pot of tea but no problem as I enjoyed the full English breakfast. Bedroom door was a bit stiff and made a bit of noise as opened and closed, didn’t want to disturb other guests when nipping to bathroom.

Great location, came from London for football...Father & Son overnight stay. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Would have preferred an on suite bathroom rather than sharing.
