"Superb location"

Great location close to Cleethorpes rail station. Near a bus stop to get to Grimsby Town FC. Very friendly host, who graciously let me check in early. Tasty cooked breakfast to order. Cereals are available, too. A sink in the room was quite useful. Irons available just outside my room, which was clean and tidy. Ocean fish bar is a five minute stroll away. Well worth booking for haddock and chips to eat in. A Co-Op next door caters for lunch and drinks.

As I only stayed one night, the bath with no shower was no bother. I just used my bedroom sink for a wash, as I had an ensuite bathroom at my next hotel.

Superb location, short walk from train station, beach & shops, Jo (the host) was very welcoming on arrival detailing local amenities, and did a lovely breakfast on each of the 3 mornings i stayed. Was the first time i visited Cleethorpes and won't be my last. Would stay here again.

"Nice enough budget hotel near the seafront"

This was a small budget hotel with a friendly Manageress / Owner? The breakfast was cooked fresh and quickly. Good location, just off the sea front. I got a good value room with a shared bathroom but there was an additional toilet too so it wasn't really a problem to share.

Parking was a bit of a problem which I appreciate is out of their hands. This isn't so much a negative as an in-between, the breakfast was fine, not awesome, not the best quality ingredients, just fine.
