Very nice staff, kind and warm. Good location, nice pool. Private and secure parking and nice grounds. A cool games room.

I found the lights in the room painful ( bright white lights ) which don’t really invite the soul. No wardrobe to hang clothes just a chest of drawers and a little rack. The dogs barking at night - which were not from the property but next door. You can hear everything from the rooms - the next guests were moving furniture at 3am and we could hear that too- so not a great night sleep. The bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put your things either and could use a better vanity. The breakfast was nothing to comment about. No fresh juices just in cartons and no eggs on offer so nothing warm. It was a bit bland to be honest and not matching the price paid.

This is a small hotel and has a family feel. It is exceptionally clean. Our room, the breakfast room and the outdoor pool were spotless. The grounds were well-maintained. Behind the hotel are horse stables which you can visit, if desired. The woman running the hotel was warm and pleasant and available to answer any questions. The hotel is in the village of Arcos (make sure you put the name in your GPS or phone, then it's easy to find). The city of Estremoz is a close 10 minute drive. In Arcos, we enjoyed soup, sandwhiches and cold beer at Fresquinhos, a short walk from the hotel. The hotel offered a continental breakfast with a good variety. We would highly recommend this hotel.
