KANAK HOME STAY

Staff were so friendly and Rahul gave us such a good itinerary and information on Varanasi, what to see and various places to eat. Location is easy to reach and away from the craziness of Varanasi. Food was also delicious

We got bitten by a few mosquitoes so maybe getting some mosquito nets for the rooms would be a good addition

The owner, Rahul Pratap is a very sweet, humble guy and has a welcoming and comforting nature. Although we already had our itinerary planned, but he made it more precise and easy to be executed, with all the timings mentioned for every temple and various places. The food was awesome with homely taste. The rooms are spacious and were clean. Their property is located in a very peaceful location and every major attraction like Kashi Vishwanath Temple and others are easily commutable from the stay. The stay is just 10 min drive from the Banaras Railway Station. Overall it was a great experience staying in this property and I would always choose it as my first preference for stay in Varanasi. I highly recommend every future Varanasi traveller to atleast visit this property once and experience it on your own and I'm sure you'll love it.

Nothing to be disliked.

Amazing Homestay with spacious and clean rooms away from the chaos of Varanasi. Rahaul is a wonderful host always making you feel at home and the food is next level for reasonable prices. Can highly recommend.

Mr. Rahul is a very good person and he makes sure to make his guests comfortable at his home. He is very polite. The room was clean. Due to traffic in the city it looks like it is away from Ghat and Mandir, but a very peaceful full location to stay. Don't feel any negativity anywhere. My 3 year old son is enjoying it a lot. Food was just awesome. Rahul's parents are also good in nature and any family can be comfortable with them. Best for family because of safety. I would like to thank Rahul and Vishal (Rikshaw) owner because of them we are able to check out most of the locations in Banaras. Vishal is a local person so he very well knows the Banaras ki Galiya and shortcuts. Once again I would like to thank Rahul for such a nice host.

Cleanliness is required at some point. The room and toilet were cleaned but not at that level. Nothing negative apart from above.

Owner Rahul is an incredibly friendly and helpfull host. He will do everything to make you feel at home, he gives you a lot of information and can arrange full tour plans in Varanasi, drivers and money exchange. Thank you so much Rahul. The location is very far from the sights of Varanasi, but that also makes it a peaceful area to stay.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of especially the bathroom and the sink outside did not meet our standards. The toilet, the sink and the shower weren’t cleaned properly for a long time. We cleaned everything ourselves before using it. Also, keep in mind that it’s a homestay with all the sounds of other family members that comes with that. Prepare for at least 30 min. of hysterical traffic before you are in the center. Use Uber to make it easier for drivers to find the adress.

It feels like a home 😇 Host Rahul is very helpful and supportive.He helped us with all local food and popular places. Also provide us bike on rent and e auto whenever required. I really enjoyed home made food as well. Specially dal rice and that mirchi achar.. Thank you so much.
