Schitterende kamer, fantastisch bed en een heerlijk ontbijt.

2 nachtjes in de tent , glamping, prachtige ervaring !! En de ontbijten waren zeer verzorgd, met een gastheer-kok die lekkere eitjes bakte , naar ieders wens !

Een mooie locatie; schitterend gelegen tussen het groen en ideaal dichtbij de pont om de oversteek naar Amerongen te maken. Prachtige suites, waarbij het aan luxe niets ontbreekt. Gezellige gastheer en gastvrouw die je het echt naar je zin maken en de tijd nemen om tips uit te wisselen. Het ontbijt was super compleet en goed verzorgd. Een verblijf wat zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is.

We loved everything about this place. The owners are simply lovely people, full of initiative and energy. The house is more than just beautiful, every little detail has been thought of well. Out room was fantastic: spacious, cosy and full of original details. The breakfast was yummie and so was the free coffee and tea (with complimentary chocolates). The fruit trees in the extensive gardens of the property, which really makes you realise you are in the Betuwe-area. This place is a little gem, tucked away in the beautiful nature and water lands (uiterwaarden) of Eck en Wiel. We would love to come back some time!

Het ontbijt was zeer goed, met verse producten en een gastheer die een voortreffelijk eitje voor je bakt. Het voelde als thuis komen in een warm bad. Vriendelijk en echt even een paar dagen ontspannen.

The place is exceptional, beautifully restored barn 5 years ago, the host Els was lovely , she made an exceptional breakfast laid out on the big table in the middle of the room so everybody could help their self. the rooms were stunning, we stayed in the green room which has its own electric fireplace which was lovely in the evening to take the chill out of the room. The whole barn has underfloor heating. The beds are huge with huge pillows you sink in as if they are cotton wool. Overall great place

The tv had no channels and you would need to stream of your own devise, which was a bit weird as they could just have connected Ziggo the tv provider to free to air channels. In the green room, the extractor fans in the shower and toilet need to be reset as they are extremely loud and bring in loads of cold air. And finally Els the host needs to inform people that you need to book to go into Castel of Amerongen. But for the rest: wonderful stay!
