breakfast was great - good food, lovely outlook. I prefer to breakfast with other guests to chat and discover. Location is amazing, People sooo helpful. Great suggestions for activities - we totally loved our walk to Upwey and the Garden Tour. Even getting lost was a joy. I will definitely be back.

Very small thing but the bath tub, wonderfully deep is way too high for short legs!

We stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of our holiday in England and we didn't want to leave. Pump Cottage is immaculate and beautifully kept, both inside and out. It is quickly evident how much thought and care has gone into the offering of this B&B. Sue & Paul were outstanding hosts and so warm, welcoming, and friendly. Our room was bright, spacious and well appointed, with an atmosphere of instant comfort and relaxation. The ensuite bathroom was also bright, spacious and had both a claw-foot tub as well as a separate shower. Breakfast was superb and served in a bright, airy, beautifully decorated room overlooking the garden. It had a good variety of choices, is cooked to order, and plentiful - you can really feel the effort made and the quality of the ingredients. The location is perfect as a central base to explore Weymouth and the many beautiful towns and sites in the surrounding countryside. Couldn't ask for more and we would highly recommend a stay here.

Very good breakfast with many options using quality produce. Lovely peaceful location on a country lane near to Upwey. Very spacious large bright bedroom (The Dorchester), comfy bed, with lovely ensuite facilities with bath and large shower , the latter being exceptional. Tea/coffee making facilities and fresh water in the room and replenished every day. A thoroughly enjoyable 3 night stay with the B&B Hosts Paul and Sue being truly exceptional.

Great location, in the middle of the countryside but close to Dorchester and Weymouth. Sue and Paul were friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a shame we weren’t able to stay longer. Pump Cottage would be top of my list of places to stay if I need accommodation in the area again.

Only negative was it was quite awkward getting out of Friar Waddon Road as it is difficult to see what cars are coming from the right.

Sue and Paul were outstanding hosts. A delightful and peaceful location. Excellent breakfast.

Paul and Sue are lovely hosts, greeted with a warm welcome and a pot of tea, which was much appreciated after a long drive. Pump Cottage is situated in a beautiful location and breakfast was exceptional.

Very friendly owners. Tea and cake on arrival, most welcome. Lovely seating areas around the garden, which was well kept. Decor was well thought out and was pleasing to the eye.
