"Lovely b&b in a great location"

Wonderful welcome from host. Easy safe parking. Lovely garden to sit in. Spacious clean and comfortable bright room with every facility. Great shower with toiletries. Safe, quiet location perfect for coastal walking, drives and exploring the attractions. Perfect breakfast.

"Good location, great host"

Tracy is an excellent host. The room was spacious. A very good breakfast. Flamborough is a nice place to stay.

Plenty of drawers but hardly anywhere to hang clothes. Needs additional bedside lamp. Bathroom has bath but could have done with a shower.

Good location for visiting Bempton Cliffs.

When booking.com passed a message on to me from the proprietor I replied to it but it failed to be received. I was able to phone the owner and confirm our query. The fault was with booking .com because you send out emails which do not allow a reply. This is rude and was not clear to me before sending my reply.
