"Brillant hotel and amazing breakfast"

Lovely hotel so close to centre staff were lovely especially the restaurant staff and the breakfast was so nice set us up til dinner time will definitely be back

Polecam! Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Pokoje czyste. Obsługa hotelowa jak i w restauracji - super ! Pozdrawiamy najlepszą kelnerkę - Panią Reginę 🤩 Aż chce się jeść ponad swoje możliwości 😅 Blisko do Krupówek. Na pewno tutaj wrócimy i polecimy naszym najbliższym ☺️

"Great location, average on the facility."

The location is on one end of the centrum, which is ideal for the eating and shopping opportunities there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was renovated with newer furniture. Bed was comfortable.

No guest safe available in the room or at reception. Deadbolt portion of door lock did not work. As is typical in older European construction, the shower was tiny, light switches were inconveniently placed, and you ended up dragging heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Hotel dawno stracił świetność, hałas ze względu na ułożenie przy ul. Nowotarskiej notorycznie zakorkowanej.
