"Very nice hotel with a good access Taroko"

Lovely hotel, with big and well-furnished rooms, located 10 minutes from the Xincheng-Taroko train station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and with a great view (Taroko and/or the sea). The people managing the hotel were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, a very good quality/price ratio.

"It’s clean but not worth the money."

The front desk guy is really nice and patient.

We have three rooms and two of them were hot. Not sure why the a/c didn’t work well. The room is small, the breakfast is very simple. They only provide one room card for each room which is very inconvenient. The standard bed is small for two adults. I don’t think it’s worth it with the money.

"Should have stayed in Hualien instead as there are better restaurants and the hotels accept CC!"

Poor. Simple.

They did not accept a credit card for payment, even though I booked it online WITH A CREDIT CARD! I did not have any cash as we were leaving Taiwan the next day. It was very inconvenient. DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS ON AN INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE IF YOU ARE NOT READY FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS!
