B&B Liolà

The B&B is in a great location across the street from the Duomo. The hosts are very friendly and will do everything to please. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. It is an excellent value for the money and I highly recommend B&B Liola.

Fantastisk vertskap og en fantastisk frokost. Beliggenheten ved siden av katedralen er unik. Flott med gratis parkering helt utenfor boendet.

The setting was perfect in a quiet part of the citta antiqua next to the cathedral. The owner, Alfonso, was super helpful and provided the best breakfast ever

De ontvangst door Alfonso en Pinuccia was voortreffelijk: meteen krijg je tips over wat te bezoeken, waar best te eten enz. Bij het ontbijt moet je wat opletten wat je allemaal tegelijk bestelt, want werkelijk iedere Siciliaanse specialiteit ga je geproefd hebben. Doen! Maar misschien niet allemaal in één dag ;-) Ook op de kamers was niets aan te merken: netjes, voldoende ruim, verse handdoeken wanneer nodig. En de ligging is ideaal om Agrigento te verkennen.

We hadden hier 4 nachten geboekt, en dat was wat teveel, want de bezienswaardigheden in de buurt van Agrigento zijn nu ook niet zo uitgebreid. Maar dat was mijn eigen inschattingsfout natuurlijk.

We had a wonderful two night stay at B&B Liola. Parking nearby was easy and free. Alfonso and Pinuccia were incredibly welcoming and helpful hosts. Our room was comfortable and the breakfasts delicious and plentiful! We would certainly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Agrigento.

Everything was surprisingly good. We found driving there a little challenging but our host was very kind in providing us his personal parking spot at the B&B. We were late because of weather, keeping our host far beyond our check-in time. He was understanding and helpful spending time beyond that to explain where we could eat and which sights we should see. Restaurant recos resulted in our having our best meal in Sicily on his recommendation! Breakfast the next morning was over-the-top excellent with everything you could expect and much, much more. This B&B should be the international model for what a B&B should be. Thank you, Alfonso for your hospitality.

The breakfast and the very helpful and hospitable hosts were a highlight.

Our shower tended to spray in all directions.
