"A very comfortable 2 night stay with excellent breakfasts"

Breakfast was excellent, room and facilities were as expected at for an old farmhouse and very comfortable. Located in a very quiet location, but in easy reach of local pubs and Ambleside.

The only slight negative is that the road to the farm is single track with inadequate passing places, which could be a problem for nervous drivers.

the breakfast was perfect for us. The situation, almost in the middle of nowhere, was lovely but a little difficult to locate. The narrow roads needed to be treated carefully.

perhaps just the driving! Otherwise I would strongly recommend
