Clarke’s Farm

Lovely stay at Clarke's Farm, bed was very comfy, breakfast was delicious. Lots of little detail in the room facilities. A little gem.

Julia is so welcoming and friendly Gorgeous, beautifully decorated cottage Spotlessly clean Cute little extras, everything its thought of added bonus a guest lounge for more space which you don't need as enough seating in room

The house was stylish and comfortable with an excellent host. Lovely little welcome extras in the room, and the host was accommodating to preferences (swapping out room drinks to decaff). Breakfast was excellent and very generous. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast accommodation: struggled to. Find after dark but wow, Julia and Gary made up for it with the facilities and quality of the accommodation. I was the only guest and had the use of the entire accommodation to myself: bedroom was very large with free goodies and a wonderful, Edwardian/Victorian style bathroom. There is a separate lounge with a fridge and some very comfortable sofas. All in all I can thoroughly recommend!

Lovely host and the house its self felt very comfy and had some lovely quirky touches. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were so comfortable and the biscuits and brownies were scrummy. Definitely stay again.

A exemplary stay, Julia sets a very high standard and from now on every B and B I stay at will be compared to Clarke’s Farm! Felt cared for and cosseted, Julia even lent me her bike. Wish I had time to sample an afternoon tea, judging by the homemade treats she left in the room it would have been scrummy. Great to have a separate sitting room. Delightful decor, gorgeous bath tub and top level hospitality, look no further for a perfect stay.

Absolutely nothing about Clarke’s Farm to dislike. As I was spending each day at The Vedanta in nearby Branston however there was a cycle/ walk each day. Clarke’s Farm was a lovely place to come back to but a car would have helped! Cannot rely on finding taxis willing to do short hops in the area.

We received a wonderful warm welcome from Julia our host and we’re shown to our room making us feel right at home. The attention to detail, standard of facilities and little extras like the home baked brownies were very much appreciated. Our cooked breakfast was excellent quality, beautiful cooked and presented. Plus the option for fresh fruit and yogurt meant we had a feast before embarking on our adventures in Lincolnshire. Our bed was super comfy with crisp white sheets and the decor was delightful. Our bathroom with roll top bath and a selection of bath toiletries was a welcome bit of luxury. We would love to return.

Almost faultless. The only improvement I’d have made would be to work out how to open a window. We found it a little hot at times - but that is far better than being cold on a November evening.

Wonderful hosr Julia was so kind and accomodating. Great location and beautiful room. The breakfast was lovely and very filling. Hope to stay again. Highly recommended.
