Strandnähe, Kooperation mit anderen Hotels, schöne Einrichtung

Qualität Frühstück nicht gut, Katzen springen auf den Essenstisch, Vögel auf Essen (wird am buffet abgedeckt). Zubuchbares Essen viel zu teuer (auch Preis Leistung nicht gut). Sehr viele Moskitos, Pool nicht sauber. Personal sehr wechselhaft freundlich aber teils auch äußerst zuvorkommend, sehr hohe Preise in Kooperationshotels, local Food nur vereinzelt auffindbar.

"Highlight of our trip - secret gem in South Mauritius - will be recommending all our friends to stay"

it was such a hidden gem - restaurant was lovely. but the best bit was access to their other 5* resorts and beach clubs. can't recommend enough. highlight of our holiday

breakfast was a bit disappointing but all the added extras made up for it completely.

"What a fantastic discovery!"

Total surprise, the photos dont do it justice! This is like a tropical undiscovered paradise, it brings you back to nature. The accommodation is set in 4 small blocks, ours was 4 rooms with a shared kitchen and indoor & outdoor seating area which was so lovely to chill in at the end of the day. The use of the 2 five star hotels is an absolute bonus, meaning you can enjoy luxury without the price tag! Just perfect!

Breakfast was very basic but the freshly made omelettes were great!

"Schade! Schöne Anlage, jedoch schlechtes Essen."

Man kann die Angebote der ganzen Hotelgruppe nutzen.

Das Essen war schlecht und überteuert (90,- Euro pro Mahlzeit und Person ohne Getränke). Katzen essen von den Tischen sobald man zum Buffet geht. Getränke kommen nach ca. 20 min. Wartezeit! Obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde nichts geändert. Bei Check-out bekamen wir 20% auf das Essen als Entschädigung, was man als Discount bei den Schwesterhotels ebenfalls regulär erhält. Somit kein Discount... Schade

"Je déconseille à des familles. Infrastructures pas entretenues"

Très mauvais entretien de l extérieur. Exemple balançoire qui s est dérochée sur ma fille et qui la blessée. ( qui avait une grosse attache en métal pour être accrochée à un arbre ) Personnel qui ne s est même pas excusé et qui a dit je cite : c’est dommage.

"Fabuleux"

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Kaz’alala ! Très bon emplacement, le secteur de Bel ombre est vraiment très sympa Les chambres sont confortables et propres Vraiment un gros + d’avoir accès aux hôtel Awali et Telfair, nous avons adoré !!

Le restaurant est un peu cher par rapport à l’établissement ! Mais il est possible de manger ailleurs dans les environs.
