Enchanting B&B in the middle of the woods. Very friendly service.

During the day one hears the traffic on the nearby road a bit, but at night there is hardly any traffic.

Wonderful property in beautiful location with amazing gardens. Corinne, our hostess and owner of the property, was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We were attending a birthday party nearby which unfortunately we never got to after a puncture on one of the country lanes and when we got back to the house with the AA Corinne came out to make sure we were all okay. Large bedroom and bathroom and choice of times for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, beautiful spread, fresh ingredients and home cooking at its best.

Nothing really. We could have spent more time there enjoying the gardens but because of the need to get the car repaired that wasn't possible.

Breakfast very good, good quality selection of food. Grounds were very well maintained. Delightful charming property full of character, very tranquil. Corrine the hostess made us feel very welcome.

TV was rather small and could be better placed.

Excellent stay in an ideal location for us as we were attending an air show nearby. Our hostess was very welcoming and provided a beautiful breakfast. A lovely quiet room in a house with lots of character.

The shower pressure was a bit lacking but this is understandable in an older home.

Lovely stately house from 1930 with a beautiful garden. Delicious homemade breakfast with fresh fruit served in a stately living room. Pleasant and accommodating hostess.

The house is outside the city centre, so you have to drive to either Biddenden or Tentenden for shopping and restaurants.
