"Clean and tidy, but no hot water and boarded up properties a few yards away meant I won’t book again"

The manager was pleasant enough. Room was very basic, but clean.

The property appeared to be some kind of package delivery hub, in the lounge (or what used to be). The view from the window was a dirty alley full of trash. No hot water in the shower. No real reflection on the property, but there were a number of nillionaires sat around properties nearby doing nothing in particular apart from drinking and smoking. Nothing new in Blackpool in truth, but not the kind of welcome you’d wish for.

Very clean and customer service is second to none. Very attentive and if needed we can reach them 24/7 which is reassuring when travelling with children. Room is lovely and spacious and has everything needed plus extras

Basically it's a good choice of the hotel, the management was very helpful and polite. Nice location everything was near by. The Blackpool Tower was just a short distance. Near the Wetherspoons my favourite place.

I like everything really. Over the moon.

2nd visit to this establishment as the owner made us feel so welcome the last time we decided to book to stay again. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for everything central the tower and promenade in particular.

Nothing negative at all really if anything only the shower pressure but it wasn't too bad and didn't affect our stay.
