Clean. The owner came to meet us in person. The caretaker is very friendly. Our car was even Parked in a garage.

Breakfast, Patience, water temperature .

When we open the water, there shouldn't be that sound coming from outside and it also happens after flushing. They should also provide with a key for the gate to make it easier to come in and out instead of calling them everytime we come. Soap to be provided in the shower.

The area is quite and offers peace of mind

Yard maintenance can go a long way, especially at the backyard. Breakfast needs to improve, make a variety of breakfast items for visitors to choose from-offer buffet breakfast rather than being stuck with what's prepared(3 items on a plate). Clean and maintain Swimming pool with the acids etc. so visitors can put it to good use.
