"Poor reception on my arrival because , also heater not working and loot of mosquitos at my room"

On my checking I got delayed, and had to stand on the gate for over an hour hooting and the owner not opening, He called security company and only opened for me by the time there were securities around the area. Location address also points us to the wrong gate of the property, I was really not happy with that unkind treatment and poor reception to this property.
