"Worst wedding anniversary experience"

Nothing it was bad from start to finish we forfeited our money and booked somewhere else

When we checked in our room wasn't ready an hour layer we moved to our room tv isint working properly we fo to take a shower before heading out for the night only to find the shower isint working handy man in and out of our room no communication eventually we decide to go out without having a shower only to be told it's policy we leave our room key with our belongings we can collect when we come back so now our personal belongings is in a room to which we don't have a key so we decided to leave and book somewhere else forfeited our money and ruining our wedding anniversary

Property not well clean or furnished . Lots of construction work still going on and environment rough . Secondly tissue none , tooth paste none . Security good gate always closed . Rooms all wooden construction not good . Thank you .
