Fab room Comfortable bed Generous supply of tea coffee water biscuits Very friendly staff Lovely breakfast

Shower was very small with no shelf No shampoo conditioner etc Bathroom was a little tired and floor looked old

Great breakfast

- Gorgeous location & site - Lovely room in The Piggery, warm with adjustable thermostat , extremely comfortable bed, great shower with good pressure and very clean. - Nice breakfast in The Shed in lovely surroundings.

- Not exactly a warm welcome as the staff weren’t happy with using booking.com. I booked late so wasn’t aware what room I was in and the the map details didn’t download to my phone, so luckily I arrived just before reception shut as I was just supposed to ‘find my room’ as I wasn’t sent the details. ( Booked at 2pm - arrived at 7pm)

Banbury Hill Farm was such a wonderful, retro experience, reminding us of our childhood holidays. What we loved: -- The amazingly kind, friendly, "nothing is too much trouble" staff, especially those at the Old Shed -- The breakfasts, and flexibility of ordering -- The unexpected (but very much appreciated) room cleaning and refreshing of towels -- The beautiful, peaceful site, tennis court, table tennis shed, EV chargers, shop on site, and ability to sit in the covered space even after the cafe shut. We got a takeaway Chinese from Chipping Norton and had it there -- The animals! Donkeys, sheep, doggos, cats! And the thoughtful trails and walks to Charlbury

-- Totally understand this is primarily a campsite, and that we also booked a B&B, but it would be lovely to have a cosy shared space when it rains with more books and games (thank you for the ones at the entrance) -- Maybe a "Do not disturb sign" in addition to the "please refresh my towels" ones? -- Maybe too much of a fire hazard, but any chance of a fire pit in non-windy weather? -- Would be great to have more lighting in the bedrooms as it felt a bit dark at times (maybe we missed finding a light). Otherwise, can't think of anything! Was a lovely stay.
