The location and charm of the accommodation! Very clean and comfortable and central to all amenities! Lots of breakfast and eating establishments local, free parking a bonus too!

Lovely room for our one night stay. Clean with especially lovely bedding. Balcony a bonus for a warm summers night. Definitely worth the cost and would use again 😊

There was nothing not to like.

The property was easily located by the market It was beautifully maintained and decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Milk was provided in a fridge located in the wardrobe which was very welcome. Extra pillow were available too. We liked the key safe for the room door and the digital entrance to the main door which meant we didn’t have to carry keys around with us. We will definitely return.

Just the fact that we could stay longer.

The location was excellent. Host was very good.

It was listed as a hotel serving breakfast but that wasn't the case.

We had a wonderful stay here during the Dartmouth Music Festival. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean and bright with a great balcony over looking the market (and rolling hills in the background!). Fantastic location - you really are right in the heart of Dartmouth and so close to everything. Couldn't really fault it and it's exceptional value for money! Thanks Noel, we'll be back.
