"Prime location and views"

10.0

Looking at ships passing almost directly outside while having an excellent breakfast. Use of kitchen just outside the room, with tea and coffee available. Chatting to the artist owner/developer (building used to be a warehouse) and his wife.

Not 100% ideal to have the (private) bathroom across the hall, but two all-encompassing dressing gowns were provided in our room and the owners live upstairs so it wasn't actually a problem.
