Ambience, beautiful artwork in the home, thoughtful touches in the room, peaceful surroundings.

We loved the quietude and natural surroundings. Our room (the Teal room) was beautiful and convenient . The bed was so comfortable that my husband said that he wants to purchase sheets and a mattress like they have in the Teal Room! Kim, our host was friendly and attentive. We had the best eggs Benedict for breakfast that I have ever enjoyed. Ask Kim for her recipe for the eggs. We will go back to stay at the 303 every chance we get.

Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. If I needed to leave early, I was given a plentiful delicious "to go" breakfast box.

Shower pressure was high.

Every detail is considered, from the easy check-in to the way the room keys match the decor. We especially appreciated the delicious, gourmet breakfasts and the fact that everything was sparkling clean. After being on the road for two weeks, being able to do a bit of laundry in such a beautiful setting was a huge plus. It’s rare to find a place where the 'small things' are handled with such care."
