The building was very quaint but the rooms were very up to date inside with everything you would expect in modern accommodation.

Location and bike security

Was charged an additional £30 to make up a single bed that had already been advertised as part of the cost. Booked a double room with a double bed and a double room with 2 single beds.

An accommodating and friendly host, who allowed us to arrive very late and still greeted us with a smile, and provided some delicious homemade cake! The breakfast was also excellent. We were able to park outside the church on the road not too far away for free, all night and the next day.

We were only in the room for a short period of time (less than 12 hours). The WiFi seemed to be ok but unexpectedly dropped out a few times. The TV also went a bit flakey but we weren't there long enough for it to matter.

The room was quite cold, and the bathroom was in a separate room next door. There was only a small lock on the door also so when outside door was left open my belongings didn't feel very secure. Overall was a nice stay though
