La pulizia, gli spazi e il parcheggio gratuito incluso. Colazione da pagare a parte ma abbastanza fornita, importante avvisare prima in caso di intolleranze o esigenze alimentari particolari.

Nella stanza grande, la luce di emergenza rendeva molto difficile il sonno. Inoltre, la ragazza che vi ha ricevuto non sapeva parlare inglese e facevamo fatica a comunicare, è stato molto limitante.

Well-appointed, clean, comfortable room.

The walls were a smidge thin so you could hear other guests moving about. Not enough to be a big deal though.

The breakfast was very good with a good choice to suit everyone. The location is OK but unless you have a car or use taxi's or public transport it is a couple of miles outside the city. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

The girl who greeted us was far from welcoming, almost mono syllabic. We don't feel that the pictures on booking.com are representative of all of the rooms. We were in room 1 and were surprised how small the room was. The only drawers for storage were in an old leather top desk and totally unsuitable for storing clothes. We looked into a different room and that was far superior. These are not meant as petty criticisms but constructive feedback for the owner.

Letto comodo, colazione buona anche se non la migliore fatta finora. Kit te e caffè in camera, anche se nel bollitore c'era ancora acqua degli ospiti precedenti.

Premetto che siamo arrivati un po' prima dell'orario di apertura del check in. Ci ha mostrato la camera una ragazza che non parla inglese per cui non ci ha spiegato niente. Inoltre non corrisponde alla mia idea di b&b, ovvero una casa dove il proprietario ci vive e destina 2 o 3 camere a b&b. Qua è come stare in hotel perché nella struttura ci sono molte camere e nessuno ci vive stabilmente.

Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice continental or cooked. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing had a great stay.
