location ( walk around the corner and we were at the main street with shops and restaurants) and parking. Host was very friendly and helpfull with everything and such a great service with parking. Also he had good information about where to go. I would recommend staking here when goong to la spezia and or cinque terre

Apartamento nuevo, decorado con mucho gusto. Muy funcional y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos de la calle principal de La Spezia. Nos gustó mucho !!

Quizás se escucha algo de ruido por la noche , ya que el apartamento está a pie de calle.

For us, this was the perfect accommodation for visiting the Cinque Terre area while also enjoying the extremely pleasant atmosphere of La Spezia. The location is excellent, just a few steps (literally) from the city’s historic center and no more than a 7-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale, the main railway station. The seafront is also within easy walking distance, making for a pleasant stroll. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor, and you can park your car right outside the entrance, where only you have access. It is a private parking space reserved exclusively for you, ensuring that your vehicle remains safe and secure. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and pleasant. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It is exceptionally clean, and everything works perfectly. The owner is an extremely friendly and welcoming person who genuinely wants her guests to feel comfortable and is always willing to help with anything they may need. She also owns a salon located right next to the apartment. I am convinced that we made an excellent choice and will certainly recommend this place to friends and family. Whenever we return to the area, this will be our first choice.

Un magnifique studio bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Emplacement parfait proche de la gare ( 8 minutes à pieds) et du port ( 10 min à pieds) par les rues les plus agréables
