Rita and Keith are two very careful and kind hosts with whom I also had interesting conversions. Their beautiful garden is a delightful experience indeed. Had a good night's sleep in the countryside peace and a great breakfast! ;-)

Lovely quiet rural location just outside a small village, but very handily placed for the M6. Conveniently placed for the Lakes and the Howgills. Lovely house set in a very large garden. Room very comfortable. Simple, but very good breakfast. Lovely hosts - thank you!

Owner .abruptly sent me on my way as I was early.but my booked was 4pm .I was told after 5pm ok ..no advice where to go or do then the phone went down.. so could.nt even drop my bags off .I see a lot of good comments but attitude from owner put me off..couldn't even enter the gates to spin my car around as its directly off a main road with a blind bend.

The house and gardens , the host's were so wonderful and pleasant when you were in there company, Rita was always helpful on what places to visit locally and how 2 get their with directions . The host's just want 2 make ure stay wonderful,

The house was so peaceful and relaxing , the breakfast in the morning was presented lovingly and great choices to choose from, great selections of teas and coffees and plenty 2 have . The gardens are so beautiful 2 walk in and rest if you want 2, great for relaxing and meditating if you want 2,
