Czysto i schludnie, bardzo przyjazna obsługa, elastyczne godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania. Pokoje małe ale dobrze zorganizowane.

Po sąsiedzku mleczarnia a transport mleka rozpoczyna pracę o 4 rano.

Sprawny proces zameldowania, miła obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja, duży prywatny parking. W pobliżu dwie pizzerie oraz burgerownia w których jest lane piwo Budwaiser i Koziel.

Może przeszkadzać hałas od przejeżdżających pociągów, ponieważ obiekt znajduje się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie linii kolejowej, ale po zamknięciu okna jest ok.
