The location was terrific, just 5 minutes walk to Jemaa al Fnaa.

The room I had had no windows.

Clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower!! Lassan on the desk was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond - thank you!!

Would have been good to know beforehand that they don’t accept credit cards for payment- only cash. It was troublesome trying to find an atm that would work that first night. Other than that all was great.

The mattress were not in good condition. The personnel from hotel denied to change the room or mattresses despite of having a lot of options. They said the hotel was full when it was not. The majority of rooms were empty.

Perfect location: in the heart of Media but quiet. Simple rooms but comfortable. Beautifull interior of the riad.

Shower could be separated somewhow as entire bathroom was waterred while taking the shower but it wasn't big hussle

Good location. Okay price for value.

No toiletries (only a small piece of soap provided). The receptionist didn't speak English and tried to shortchange us between eur and dirham. You can hear the other guests' alarm clocks in the morning.
