"Pleasant stay and would recommend"

Clean tidy host very nice drove us to the race course and we asked to borrow an iron for my shirt and she kindly ironed the shirt for me breakfast was very nice especially the sausages but could have done with adding some beans

The breakfast was superb - scrambled eggs and an exceedingly generous portion of smoked salmon. Yvonne was very friendly and helpful.

Located 4/5 miles from Newmarket and not too far from A11/M11. A bit too rural for my liking. A village setting - 3/4 shops including a cafe/coffee shop - would have made the location ideal. Just a minor negative!

"Excellent location, very convenient to Newmarket and host was superb."

Yvonne was excellent, cup of tea when we arrived, biscuits on offer, was also helpful with recommendations and facilitated an early breakfast as we had a tour of Newmarket early on Saturday morning. Thank you once again.

Yvonne is a wonderful host. The location is a lovely, quiet village that is a picturesque view of England. She also makes a wonderful breakfast. You couldn't ask for more.
