Brilliant breakfast, do tell before-hand what you prefer. Host are more than exceptional to guide and let you know what's good for a local and far trip. A Captain and wife, treats you like a family, regardless of race and religion. You'll be more than happy, a quick chat and your day to travel locally and further is set up. Totally recomend for solo travelers. 🫶🏿

Pros: 1. Location: It is walkable distance from PVR Anupam and Select City Walk mall. Also very close to the Saket Metro. Perfect Location 2. Management/ Hosts: Mrs Bindu and Mr Atul are very friendly courteous and make you feel at home. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful. 3. Ideal place for a single woman traveler or a small family, because it seems like a safe place. 4. Bathroom was clean, towels provided were fresh. Water was hot 5. Breakfast was Paratha or Omlette, tasty and home like, comfort food

Cons: 1. The place didn't have a name board, so i was confused if it was the right place. The gate is closed and i didnt know how to open it. The door was also locked so i didn't knw what to do. Called the owner and she guided me. It would be helpful if the management would send a whatsapp message with simple instructions for checkin, before. 2. Bedroom was clean but wish the mattress was a little softer and the bedsheets were fresh. It didn't seem to have been changed before i checked in 3. AC: I had to struggle with the AC (maybe it was a rare instance) It was super hot outside and the AC hardly cooled. I called for help and they tried everything and it hardly improved. For some strange reason it started cooling better the day i was supposed to checkout 4. TV Channels. They have only a few Hindi news channels. They hadn't subscribed for the regular Entertainment channels like Sony Colors Star Plus etc. Most of the English news channels were not working (due to bad signal) and that was a downer. 5. Since the owners live in the same building (1st floor) and the rooms are on the second floor , it can get awkward sometimes if you plan to come back late (after 10pm) and you would have to ring the bell of the main door and disturb the owners.

Management was very familiar, that's really preferable

Everyone was so nice and accommodating! I got many good suggestions on food and sites to see. Breakfast was great, highly recommended the stuffed parathas at least one morning.
