We arrived slightly late but were made to feel very welcome. Comfortable lodges with space enough for four to eat together at a good sized table. Very good breakfast provided in the rooms by friendly staff

The definition of 'self catering' seems to encompass a microwave and a fridge and that is quite limiting. Perhaps there should be categories of 'self-catering' in location descriptions?

The pillows were dirty and they were smelling, the wifi was not working, need to fumigate small cockroches and they need to communicate about breakfast options. They must teach their staff not to be rude on clients/customers.

It was OK for an overnight stop to break the long journey to Kruger.

We were told it was unsafe to walk anywhere - even to local restaurants.

Left too early the next day to have breakfast

At no fault of the facility there was no electricity and no water for our whole stay which skewed our experience. They did provide lamps to try mitigateS

Warm welcome and very thoughtful hosts who even brought us hot water for tea in the morning when load shedding hit! Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Lovely garden area and outside table.
