Zoe is a wonderful host and very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable - we had a great night's sleep. A lovely continental breakfast was provided in our room at a time to suit. Nice location being not far from Petersfield Town centre and there's a couple of local pubs. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay again.

Very close to the road, you can hear the road noise during the night.
